The Historic Wallace Marketing Group, Inc. would like to invite you to participate as a vendor in our 2-day Huckleberry Jeep Festival, the third weekend in August 2019. This will be a great year since the Jeeps are returning and we are promised a huge crowd. Promotion has already begun as of March 1st, so plan to come and participate. There are many activities planned such as live bands, Vendors, Collectibles, Crafts, a possible street dance Friday night, free kids’ games, a magician, Giant Book Sale, and the 5K Fun Run and a pancake breakfast. It will be Great Family Fun.

 

BOOTH SPACE - 2 DAY FEE $60.00

(per 20' x 10' vendor space on street in each space)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

 

Hours of operation: Friday 16th 12 to 7pm | Saturday 17th 9am to 5pm

Tear down: 5pm Saturday *Vacate space by 7pm **Please do not leave early, it effects other vendors!

Services provided: Advertising, Security, Restrooms, Wash Stations, Trash Bins, Parking 

HWMG, Inc is not responsible for loss, theft, breakage, injury or accident.

Vendors must secure tents (No Spikes). Vendors are responsible for keeping space clean! 

** There are few electrical outlets available ** Please note on application, bring quiet generator * lots of extension cords.

** Food Vendors must had an ID Panhandle Health Permit and need to provide a ground cover unless self-contained. For info see www.phd1idaho.gov (208-786-7474). Environmental Health Food Programs FAX 208-786-7019.
